What we collect
When you place an order we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents and delivery slot. If you create an account (when launched), we also store your saved addresses and order history.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order (address, phone for delivery contact)
- To send order confirmations and status updates (email/SMS/WhatsApp)
- To maintain order history and customer support
- To improve our products (aggregated, non-identifying analytics)
Where it's stored
Your data lives on our server's database, which is backed up daily and retained for up to 30 days in backups. Your browser stores your cart and preferences locally (localStorage) — we never sell your data.
Sharing
We only share what's needed to fulfil an order (e.g., your address with our delivery team). We do not sell or rent personal data. If we add payment or messaging providers, only the minimum data required is shared with them.
Your rights (PDPA)
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us below. We'll respond within 30 days.
